Enhanced security measures were implemented on the Airport following 9/11. All Airport gates are kept locked at all times. Access by the general public to areas behind gated and fenced restricted areas of the airport is not authorized. Harvey Field (S43) is an FAA Designated Reliever Airport located inside the Class B Airspace and we have cooperatively imposed improved security measures at Harvey by request of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. The enhanced security measures increase the ability of our staff and local law enforcement agencies to better protect your property and the tenants, users and employees of this facility.
